Dishwasher
For hard water problems in the dishwasher add 1 cup of distilled vinegar to the rinse cycle. Simply open the door and poor it in. Not only does it clean the hard water off of your dishes it keeps the dishwasher clean too.
Shower
To insure your plastic shower curtain stays free of mildew, keep a spray bottle filled with white vinegar and water by the tub. At the end of your shower spray the curtain, especially along the lower edge.
Place a spray bottle filled with water and vinegar in your shower. At the end of your shower, spray the mixture directly onto your shower curtain. This will eliminate mildew build up.
Toilet
To make your toilet extra clean. Just sprinkle some baking powder on your toilet brush and scrub the inside and then flush.
Brass & Copper
To make your brass and cooper shine, make a paste out of salt, vinegar, and flour. Apply using a soft cloth and just wipe it off with a clean cloth.
Dusting
Make your own dusting spray without the harsh chemicals. Mix 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 cup white vinegar, and 1 cup warm water. Shake the bottle and dust away!!!
All Purpose Cleaner
Mix equal parts vinegar and water in a clean spray bottle. Add as many drops of lavender essential oil as you like and shake the bottle to mix. Viola! Lavender vinegar all purpose cleaner!
